I cannot login or register.

This is most likely because you do not have session cookies enabled in your browser. To enable session cookies, in your browser, go to Tools » Internet Options » Privacy » Advanced and select "Always allow session cookies". Save your changes. You may need to restart your browser for your changes to take effect.

I cannot retrieve my login.

Javascript may be disabled in your browser or your browser may be outdated.

I cannot upload my resume.

If you used the online resume creator to create your resume, you will need to save your resume as an MS Word document.

To save your resume as MS Word, in your browser, go to File » Save As » Save as type. Select Word Document. Please be sure to save your resume somewhere that you will be able to access it easily.
