High-volume, upscale restaurant company opening multiple concepts in the DC / NoVa area is looking for an experienced culinary operator to oversee two soon-to-open properties. Ideal candidate has extensive experience managing $5+ million dollar kitchen operations as well as having past multi-unit experience as a Chef – a background in Italian / Mediterranean cuisine is preferred, but not required.
