How it Works

  1. After contacting us via email or phone and discussing employment needs, CRR will schedule a site visit to get a better idea of facilities and discuss important details and duties about the position.

  2. A very basic contract on terms of employment and payment must be signed by both parties for the search to begin.
  3. Once a contract is agreed upon, CRR will go over a position profile with the client to make sure everyone is on the same page about expectations, requirements, and duties of the position.
  4. CRR will then begin sending resumes of qualified and vetted candidates; all of the resumes we send will be qualified to meet all employment needs.
  5. Our clients can then contact and set up interviews with our candidates and are free to make offers of employment; CRR is not normally involved with candidate contract or salary negotiations.
  6. Once an offer of employment is accepted and a start date agreed upon, a period of trial employment will begin and all CRR fees will be due in full at the end of that short trial period. Please note that hired candidates are considered full-time employees once started and must be paid as such, but our fees are not due until the end of the trial period.

While Capital Restaurant Resources can not guarantee the fulfillment of a client's employment needs, our success rates are high, and our services are free until a candidate has been hired and has completed a trial period of employment.
