Capital Restaurant Resources can help you find your next position quicker and easier then traditional job hunting. We bring over 40 years of hospitality industry experience and can provide insightful career and resume advice to represent you in the best light possible and always in a confidential manner. Our staff personally interviews all candidates and maintains close ties with restaurants and properties to ensure a perfect fit of skill set, personality, culture and concept for both prospective employees and client employers.

Our clients respect us – our resumes are consistently lifted to the top of the pile and we will get you in the door in front of other candidates not represented by us. We currently have openings for seasoned executive chefs, creative pastry chefs, talented and driven young sous chefs, experienced managers and food and beverage directors, and ambitious assistant managers waiting to use their experience and knowledge to move forward in their culinary careers.


How it Works

  1. Step one is to submit your resume (link to resume submission) for our services by submitting your resume and filling out our short candidate information questionnaire through this website.
  2. After reviewing your resume CRR will contact you if we believe we have positions that are a match for you, or we will hold your resume on file and contact you in the event that new positions arise.
  3. After completing a face-to-face interview, CRR will check professional references and send your resume to those clients that are interested.
  4. Once your resume is submitted to one of our clients, CRR will serve as a liaison between our clients and candidates and we ask that all candidates please keep us informed of all progress with client interviews and offers.

Capital Restaurant Resources will work as a liaison between candidates and our client employers, aiding either party in any way necessary, but can not engage in salary negotiations.
