Capital Restaurant Resources is a national recruiting agency with a Washington, DC regional focus. We have more than 30 clients, ranging from hotel chains to free-standing restaurants, with a combined total of more than 100 outlets across the country, featuring both fine dining and upscale casual menus. Capital Restaurant Resources was founded by Christopher Floyd to meet the growing needs of the DC food service industry for trained and qualified people. A Washington native, Floyd has more than fifteen years of experience working in all aspects of the hospitality business in Washington, San Francisco, and New York.
Floyd is a Washington native, has a degree from the Culinary Institute of America and truly understands the needs of our hospitality clients and candidates; CRR has been there.
CRR has a very high success rate with placed candidates; over 90% of our candidates succeed in their new position.
CRR also has a good rate of fulfillment with clients; more than half of interested properties come away hiring a successful candidate from CRR.
