About Chris Floyd
Chris Floyd heads CRR's Recruiting Team. A Washington, DC native, Chris has more than fifteen years of experience working in all aspects of the hospitality business in DC, San Francisco, and New York. After receiving a degree from The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), he worked his way up the ladder at two of San Francisco's top restaurants – Aqua and Alain Rondelli – before running the kitchens at Silks in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and the Left Bank. Before launching CRR, he helped to open Charlie Palmer Steak on Capitol Hill. Chris is skilled at assessing his clients staffing needs, identifying problem areas, and listening to management candidates' career goals and aspirations. He strives to find the right candidate for each client, to ensure a successful, long-term relationship.
